Terms

Last updated 29 October 2026. Sites is run by Thela Labs, an independent studio in Mumbai, India, operated by Viral Joshi. These terms sit alongside the studio-wide terms and refund policy.

The free preview

We build a preview of your website first, at no charge, and send you a private link. You do not pay, enter a card or get on a call to see it. You only pay if you choose to keep it.

If you say no

Tell us and we delete the preview.

Prices

The price depends on the version and the work involved. We tell you the price in writing, in Indian Rupees, before you decide, and nothing is charged until you agree to it.

Your content

The business details, prices and photos you send stay yours. You give us permission to use them to build and run your website.

Sample sites

The cafe, clinic and salon on our home page are sample businesses made to show the templates. They are not real businesses.

Payments, refunds and cancellation

Payment, refunds and cancellation follow the studio-wide terms and refund policy. Write to contact@thelalabs.in with any question before you pay.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
